As part of your relationship with Private Bank, you have access to My Financial Picture® online. This is a secure service which provides you with a single snapshot where you can view all of your finances.
Access balances, holdings and activity for your Private Bank and Bank of America accounts as well as accounts at other financial institutions, including real estate holdings, credit cards loans, and more.
With all of your financial information in one place online, you are able to get a complete view of your financial picture, including a quick summary of your net worth, income and spending trends, expense analysis and transactions across all of your accounts.
The more accounts you add, the more complete your financial picture becomes. The accounts you choose to share with your advisor team will enhance conversations and reporting tools around your overall goals.
There are several ways your financial information is kept secure in My Financial Picture®. Only you have access to your external site credentials…and your advisor team will only see accounts you choose to share. You may change sharing elections at any time…and the view is read only to ensure that transactions cannot be initiated.
Let’s get started with your enrollment in this feature. After you have logged into Bank of America Private Bank Account Access, select “Accounts” and choose “My Financial Picture.”
Next, click on “Enroll Now,”. Accept Terms & Conditions as well as choose whether you would like to share your added external accounts with your advisor.
Sharing your complete financial picture with your advisor team will help them as you work together to reach your financial goals.
Now that you are enrolled, let’s explore adding accounts. My Financial Picture® supports more than 10,000 institutions such as banking and Investment accounts, credit cards, loans, rewards and more.
On the Add Accounts tab, search for the institution you would like then enter the ID and password you have for the site. Each newly added account will start with 90 days of history.
Using the Real Estate tab, you may enter the address of your choosing to automatically track current property values.
In addition, other assets and liabilities not tracked on websites such as jewelry or other valuables may be added manually.
